Hopefully a patch will address these regressions. It was great in WRC 8, how it got significantly worse, I don’t know, and there is no in game brightness adjustment. One huge negative for me is that the lighting when using cockpit view or dash view, which I prefer, is extremely dim, almost to the point of being unusable. Exterior sounds seem to have been dialed back as well. They seem to have changed the sounds, not necessarily for the better, as the engines don’t seem to sound as good as WRC 8 in my experience. There are also more cars in addition to the modern WRC / R5 / R2 cars. There are three new locations, and some locations have been remastered, but three locations have also been removed. WRC 9 doesn’t appear to be that much different than WRC 8 at first glance, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. These force feedback settings should also work for WRC 9 on Playstation 4 with the Thrustmaster T-150, just keep in mind that the T-1 degrees of rotation while the TMX has 900. To adjust the Thrustmaster TMX wheel’s Steering Sensitivity: To check or adjust the Thrustmaster TMX wheel’s Angle of Rotation: You may need to do this every time you load the game.
